The IT Intern will provide technical support and assist the IT team in maintaining computer systems, networks, software applications, and IT infrastructure. The intern will gain practical experience in hardware support, software installation, troubleshooting, system administration, cybersecurity practices, and IT project implementation.
Provide first-level technical support to users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot computer, printer, internet, and system problems.
Assist employees with IT-related queries and provide timely solutions.
Record and track IT support requests.
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and repairs.
